Return Policy
Now, let's break it down for you. If you're not head over heels in love with your purchase (which we find hard to believe because our stuff is seriously amazing), you have 14 days from the time your items arrive to make a decision. That's two whole weeks to try on your new threads, twirl in front of the mirror, and show off your style to your BFFs.
Here's how our policy works:
1. Eligibility: Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
2. In-Store Credit: Are you local? You can bring your items back to the store for a Return on Gift Card. Or You will have to fill out a return slip and return to our store. This credit can be Gifted or used at anytime. It NEVER EXPIRES!
3. Exchange: If you prefer to exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, or style, our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
- Direct exchange between online purchases and in store items will not be possible.
4. In addition: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings.
5. Sale Section: Anything that is in our Sale Section will be FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! Thank you
A return slip will be included in your order. If you'd like to return an item a filled out return slip is required in the package shipped back to Gibson Girl, Gulf Breeze.
